I have loved every minute of Tickled Pink...
loved every minute of looking at links and reading amazing stories
and being inspired by amazing projects and recipes.
Then my life started flip flopping around and motivation left me.
I felt like I had received a huge gift when Meegan Makes
joined the Tickled Pink Team and I felt renewed again.
However, in the next couple of months, my life will change completely
as I move from California to Austin Texas.

I know that blogging is going to take a bit of a back seat as I adjust and help my children adjust, find new activities and start a new school. I cannot lie...I am excited and scared to death, but I owe it to the kiddos and husband to be totally present during this process. I also cannot expect you all to continue to link up while I cannot possibly visit links and create a worthy Tickled Pink post.
So for those reasons and many, many more...this is the LAST Tickled Pink
I want to take a minute to TRULY SAY "THANK YOU" to everyone who has linked up here week after week. I know some of you have been around since the beginning of Tickled Pink.
YOU ARE APPRECIATED!
This was so much fun for so long.
I looked forward to creating new projects and recipes and decorating my new home...and I look forward to visiting all of your blogs but just not as a part of Tickled Pink.

Before I go...I must say a HUGE THANK YOU to Meegan. She was the best partner EVER. Full of enthusiasm, light, and energy. I am so happy to have shared Tickled Pink Times Two with her. |
I will really, truly miss Tickled Pink.
Thank you all!
Thank you all!
Thank you Holly for all of the great parties. I am going to be sad to see them end but taking care of your family during a cross country move has to be top priority. I lived in Texas, Dallas, for 10 year and loved it so I know you will love it in Austin. Have a safe move and have a great week!

Thank you a ton dear Holly for such wonderful and fun you shared with us all the while you've had the great party: Tickled Pink. I have enjoyed it so much, I cannot thank you enough, but I do understand, family and life gets on the way and that's how it should be! May God bless you in everything you do, specially in your move to the new home State and with all the changes you and your dear family are making very soon.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend ahead.

ReplyDeleteDear Holly, Thank you so much for hosting such a wonderful party for so long. I'm sad to read that this will be your last one (for now), but I can totally appreciated your motivation to be there for your family 100%.
Best of luck to you and your family!
Wishing you peace and happiness,
Suzanne
Thank you so much for this great link up and for hosting it each week! I was one of those people who linked up with your party from the very start and have always enjoyed your blogging friendship. I hope the move is a huge and happy success and that you enjoy this exciting time!

Good luck with it all Holly! We'll miss you but you'd better be back! :D
ReplyDeleteHolly, thanks so much for all the fun parties you've hosted. I, too, am sad to see it go, but I completely understand the commitment to family matters first. A move, even a planned one, is a transition and comes with its own stresses. I pray it all goes well, that your family adjusts in no time and that you feel "at home" in your new place. I wish you all the best and look forward to you sharing your new adventures.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Nici
Thanks for the party :) Have a great weekend!!
ReplyDeleteWow! I'm sad Holly. It has been such fun to come over to your party and even to help host and pick features one week. I know you are making the best decision for your family though. You will be missed :(
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you dear lady,

Thank you so much for always hosting a fun party, Holly. I realize it takes a lot of time and effort to do. I hope you move to Texas goes smoothly. I'll be thinking of you and your family. :)
ReplyDeleteI wish you the best as you start your next wonderful adventure in life. Thanks so much for hosting your fun linky parties and I will miss being a part of it.
ReplyDeleteHolly,
ReplyDeleteI wish you and your family well with your move and adjusting to your new life!!
I have enjoyed Tickled pink but I totally understand why it is time to lay Ticked Pink to rest. I recently took a blogging Break and was deciding whether to return to Blogging or not. I am back but on my terms and I believe with your life changing, you understand what i mean!!
Good luck to you and I will still be following you and can't wait to see your new home!!
Hugs,
Deb
Best of luck on your move to Texas! :)
ReplyDeleteI recently made the move from Texas to California and I'm still adjusting. Austin is beautiful, but it is very different than California. You'll get used to it, see the beauty in it and hopefully love it as much as I do. Nothing is permanent and you can't predict what the future will hold for you. That's what I keep saying to myself when it gets overwhelming being in a new city and away from family and comfort zone. Best of luck!

We are all wishing the best for you and the family Holly. Your creativeness will be missed. At least the move from CA to TX will have one constant--lots of sunshine.
